Paper Guidelines

Conference papers should be prepared as a Microsoft Word document and conform to the editorial guidelines and formatting specified for ANZAM Conference papers. Please refer to the ANZAM Conference Paper Style Guide and ensure you read the General Policies and Requirements section below before submitting your paper.

ANZAM 2016 Conference Paper Style Guide 

 

Each submission must state, on its front/cover page and at the first, anonymous (text) page, top right, the requested stream (number and title) and requested session format (competitive or interactive). On the front/cover page it should also state whether the author(s) wish to opt out of full paper publication in the Conference proceedings in favour of an abstract only.

Papers for Competitive Sessions:  The page limit for papers is twelve (12) A4 pages, with 2.54cm (1″ margins), double spaced text, 11-point Times New Roman font. Please note: page limits do not include references/bibliography, tables and figures (which are placed at the end of the document after the text), or the cover page with author details.

Papers for Interactive Sessions: The page limit for papers is nine (9/12) A4 pages, with 2.54cm (1″ margins), double spaced text, 11-point Times New Roman font. Please note: page limits do not include references/bibliography, tables and figures (which are placed at the end of the document after the text), or the cover page with author details. Interactive papers will follow the same submission process as full papers and follow the same submission guidelines. Please note , if a Competitive Paper is accepted as an Interactive Paper or Interactive Paper subject to revisions this paper does not need to be amended to 9 pages.
